About me
First and foremost I am a dog lover. With 2 Terriers of my own, I have enjoyed showing my dogs at all levels including Crufts. I have been invited to judge as a breed specialist on many occasions. Latterly I prefer to concentrate my efforts on the Westmorland Canine Association, where I enjoy being part of the team who run ring craft classes, match nights, limit and open shows.
My home based grooming salon has all the latest modern equipment but most importantly offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Combined with many years experience working at my family’s boarding kennels and stables, I also have Kennel Club qualifications, requirements for judging, conformation & movement and importantly, City & Guilds professional Dog Grooming Certificates 2&3.

The fun class was open to all the faithful canine companions, that travel with there equine friends to the shows. The biggest entry of the day, with all ages competing and a wide variety of dogs on show. Thanks must go out to Mr Ainsworth the show societies president and his wife, for judging the class and to the committee for there warm welcome and for organising such a great event. We look forward to celebrating your 150th anniversary next year.
